Well think about it logically. If that model year Accent uses a PCM (engine and trans computers combined), you'd need a new ECM from another car that was a manual. If not, then you might not have much problem there.

Other than that, you'd need a complete manual transmission. Meaning the transmission itself, clutch and flywheel. Does the automatic model use the same drive axle as the manual models do? You need to think about how the tranny mounts to the car. Is it the same as the automatic? Then there's the clutch master cylinder (for the fluid) and pedal assembly w/ linkage. The pedal install might mean some kind of cutting of the firewall.
