my first post so be gentle

i have a 2012 i20 and have been trying to find a manual for the stereo/bluetooth
the radio in my car is not shown in the owners manual
its an australian car and i think the radios are fitted here
i have contacted the dealer i bought it off no help
i have tried to buy one from the dealer no help
i have emailed hyundai australia no reply
hope some of you guys can help

Have you tried Ebay? I have a 2013 one, not sure if same but it has bluetooth etc etc, that I could scan and email to you I am Australian too :p

i wasnt even sure such a thing existed

cheers itwenty that would be good of you
does it have anything in the manual about adjusting the auto volume level?
every time i start the car i have to turn up the volume on the radio as it isnt loud enough

i have the service manual but no manual for the audio/bluetooth system
the radio fitted in aus is different to any of the radios in the manual

If it is the PB-01 radio, start up volume is adjusted by turning the radio on first, then holding down the volume button for 2 seconds, it will then display init vol. Press the volume button once more and it will show the set level. turn to your desired level and press the volume button once more, to exit the menu.
This might even work for non pb-01 (not sure though)

i went to a dealer today to find out about the bluetooth operation so ive got that sussed(sort of)
and the service advisor told me the initial volume wasnt adjustable
but youved just showed me it is

after two weeks i received a reply to my email from hyundai australia
i sent them my address and received a manual in the mail today
better late than never
