Hello Hyundai-Forums members,

My name is Ting and I have graduated from university and I figure I want to learn how to sell things. So I have started a job at Richmond Hill Hyundai. I search and there is an inactive hyundai thread so I figure I will start one and keep everyone inform of all the rebates/specials going on right now and answer any questions

Sure I have a question... What is the dealer cost for the 2011 Sonata before and after fees. Asking for the base GL but if you want you can show all trims. Just curious b/c I'm pretty sure there is enough cushion built in for movement but no one will move right now....

Heys I am at richmond hill hyundai. The accent is indeed a value pack car.

The standard warranty is 5 years/100,000km bumper to bumper warranty,3 years/unlimited km roadside assistance. So your warranty still have a long way to go:)

I have looked and no one has posted the CCC report here but the prices are price very similar to 2010s. I have already sold one at invoice with just 3% over cost with no extra fees like admin.

I'm planning on purchasing a 2010 SF 2.4 GL Auto soon...

A dealer has advised me that there are no dealer admin fees and that I get a full tank of gas...

Now I've used the Hyundai "Build & Price" feature and note that the Delivery and Destination charge includes freight, P.D.E., administration fees and a full tank of gas. Applicable license fees, insurance, registration, and taxes extra.

So in fact there are dealer admin fees...and the tank of gas is not 'free' but in fact is paid for by the purchaser.

How much is the admin fee? What percentage of the Delivery and Destination charge is the admin fee?

And, I've been reading Globe & Mail Car journalist, Jeremy Cato's articles and have a question about 'stackable incentives'...

In one of his articles he advised that the cash rebates being offered by Hyundai are 'stackable'. A reader suggested that this was not the case with 0% financing, but only with 3.49% financing. He subsequently confirmed that in fact the rebate was stackable at 0%.

Hyundai is currently offering a cash rebate $2,000 plus $2,500; only a dealer is telling me that the two cannot be combined with 0% financing. The $2,000 is available at 0% and the $4,500 is available at 3.49%. What's the deal here? And, is the 3.49% negotiable?

Most dealers usually charge a admin fee from 199-499

anyways, yes, the $2000 rebate is available at 0% and the 4500 rebate is available at 3.49% financing. Even at 3.49% with the higher rebate, it will still be cheaper

Even in Canada Hyundai does not offer a "Bumper to Bumper" Warranty. In the USA its called a "Limited", and in Canada "Comprehensive". They use these
alternate terms for a reason. For example all Paint, and Electronics are only covered for 3 Years down here. and I'm sure in Canada too. Other exclusions as well.

We see free adjustments for a Year, and then anything is possible. We get the 100,000 mile Warranty, IF you have the service records. Otherwise you get squat!

While it is easier saying & hearing the words Bumper to Bumper, not too many Auto makers offer a true B to B policy

I am in the market for a Genesis coupe and was wondering what deals were on right now. I would probably get one if the $4500 deal was still on. 0% is still available right?

THanks
Javs

I have a question for you... does it make more sense to get in to a new 2011 Tucson right now than even try and look for a 2010? I use CarCostCanada to get up to date info.... it looks like retail is almost identical on the two, but the 2011 at least has a $1300 cash rebate.

Currently trying to decide between a Kia Sportage and a Tucson... but I like the Tucson a lot more. If price-wise they were even, I would buy the Tucson in a heartbeat.
