My 2005 Accent has this annoying cricket sound. it isnt the belt because i just changed them. it is really annoying... i feel embarrassed at red lights... I filmed my engine making the sound because i thought it would help with a solution. can someone help me?

You have a link to this film? And just because you changed the belts doesn't mean it's not a belt. Just because it's new...doesn't mean it's good.

how will i know if its a faulty belt?
That helps...a lot. What it sounds like is a bad HLA (hydraulic lash adjuster), not a belt. What you hear is commomly called a "tapping" sound. Hyundai states this is normal at start up. What you have doesn't fall under normal. Some things you could try are using a heavier weight oil, or an oil additive (I use Lucas in mine, but it only did it at idle). You may need to replace a HLA.

thanks a lot. what type of oil should i use? and is this an important problem with my car?
