2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited, Android Auto (and Apple Car Play) greyed out on the screen and cannot be accessed. Have reloaded app on phone, have reloaded software on head unit, and assured that cable is OK. Any ideas?
In Elantra AD it has to be turned on first in the settings. Perhaps it works similarly in the Sonata?
To enable Android Auto, select SETUP, then Device Connections, then Android Auto and make sure that “Enable Android Auto” option is activated (this applies to Elantra).
