So I finally got around to having my amplifier (Alpine PDX-V9) and subs installed (dual Audiofrog G10D4). I can use the Alpine RUX-KNOB to attenuate the bass volume, but when I want more punch, the plastic deck lid behind the rear seats starts to rattle. Has anybody had this problem and what have you been able to due to solve/reduce the rattle? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Try a small pack of sound deadening materiala and wrap some sheets in and around the location of the rattle. Some is 50 mils, some 80 mils, and you should be able to find it in a variety of sizes (and costs). If that's all you need, then you can get away with $20-$25, a whole vehicle might be $100 or more depending on the amount of noise / rattles and area you need to cover. It might need more than one layer depending on how much rattle you have when you crank it up.
