having real problem keeping 2009 accent wheels aligned, any ideas why.

Something is worn or a bad shop.

What is going out of alignment, toe or camber?

not sure, it's my brother's car. he just asked me to check . he said he had heard that it was a problem with other owners as well. he bought it used. he dosen't provide great details.

I've had my Accent aligned maybe three times in 150k miles. It was never far out any time.

I've had my Gen Coupe go out but it was something that was not properly tightened the last alignment done on it.

The Accent is pretty well fixed as far as alignment adjustments. Toe is really all you can do short of camber bolts. My last alignment on my Accent was after a complete front wheel bearing and strut change. It still was very close to be in range.
