Hi all, I'm getting a windshield repair tomorrow while I am at work and want to disarm my car so they can work on it without the alarm going off. Can I just disarm the alarm or will it autoarm? If so how can I disable it for the day, and of course re enable it. I read about turning the key before ignition for 30 sec but this is push start. Unfortunately I won't have time to go through the manual in time :( this is for a 2013 sonata se 2.0t. Thanks!

Just don't arm it. Leave it unlocked, unlock door then open the door so it won't rearm/lock, then shut the door. It won't arm by its self.

Awesome, thanks for your help!
No prob. Just remember, if the doors are closed and the vehicle is locked and you unlock it with the fob without opening a door, then it will re-lock/arm itself. But not if you open a door first. I think you have approx 30 sec to do so.
