I had my tire/wheels balanced and rotated 2300 miles ago.
At that time they were torqued to 79 ft-lbs per owners manual.
I watched and verified the technician did this.

Today coming back from a 2 hour round trip traveling at a max speed of 60 mph the left front wheel started making a sound that sounded like the LF wheel bearing was bad.

When I got home I jacked up the LF tire/wheel and checked the tire/wheel and cv joint and everything was tight.
I found 3 wheel lugs nuts loose.
I retorqued the wheel lug nuts and drove the vehicle and the bearing noise was gone.

I was curious if anyone else had experienced this issue and/or could recommend a tire/wheel lug nut frequency for retightening the lug nut torque?? !

Thank you in advance !

Whenever I remove/replace alloy wheels for balancing etc. I re-tighten after a couple hundred miles.
Refueling is a good reminder.
If I were to find a lug more than slightly loose (never have) I'd check a second time after a couple hundred more miles.
