I'm just wondering if there's a way to adjust (tighten) the accelerator cable on a Hyundai Getz 2006 there's quite a bit of slack and I can't find any information from googling. Is there a way to adjust it ? Or is it just replacing it ? Thanks

If you follow the cable back from the throttle body you should find the cable outer secured to a bracket by a couple of nuts. Loosen the nuts and adjust the tension on the cable, then tighten the nuts back up.
