I have an 01 accent with a 1.5 engine. Coming up with codes
P1123 and p1128. I sprayed manifold with brakekleen and didn't get
Any change in Rpms. Also sprayed maf sensor with maf cleaner
And still have same problems. Some hesitation when I start to go
And while I'm driving. My gas mpg is 25 mpg which seems way low
I just bought car and next day engine light came on with above
Codes. What do I check to fix this problem

great troubleshooting step! applause!

so you're on the way to eliminating one cause: vac leak. check all the hoses as well.

the P1123 code indicates a problem with the throttle position sensor:
P1123 Throttle Position Sensor In Range But Higher Than Expected OBDII Engine Light Trouble Code | Engine-Codes.com

and the second indicates you're running lean:
P1128 Hyundai Fuel System Lean Part Load OBDII Engine Light Trouble Code | Engine-Codes.com

i'd say this is pretty conclusive. TPS is not returning correct signal and is affecting your air/fuel mixture. its not a bad idea to consult www.hmaservice.com and use the correct diagnostic procedure there under DTC, but i think you need a new TPS.

DESCRIPTION:

To diagnose a 2000 or 2001 1.5L Accent Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1128 (FUEL SYSTEM LEAN -- PART LOAD), check the following:
Check the intake system for air leaks.
Check that the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor (P/N 28164-22610) operation meets the specifications listed below. If the MAF sensor output is significantly lower than the reference value (10% or more), then replace the MAF sensor.
