So here is a weird one, 03 sonata just under 200k. at idle speed every 6 seconds there is an electric spark what looks like its coming from the AC pulley to the belt, however can only see this when its dark. Checking grounds currently. Anybody else had a similar issue?

That's static electricity, generated by friction between the rubber belt and metal pulley.
I bet you're in a very dry climate.
