Received a battery jump in the dark from a friend who mistakenly had crossed the polarity. It blew the 150amp alternator fuse which is now replaced. Now, the ABS, ESC Off and brake lights stay on after starting. I have checked all fuses and the main relay, both under the hood and in side of dash, and cannot figure out what is causing this. The auto shift lever is locked out and I don't want to override it not knowing if it will cause any damage. Any ideas? Also, what protocol OBD system would this auto fall under? Thanks to anyone that may offer their ideas.

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions.

Problem is now partly solved. I disconnected the battery overnight in hopes of resetting the PCM. Upon next starting, same idiot lights stayed lit. I manually over-rid the shift lever lock out and took it for a short drive. About 0.3 miles into drive, the PCM must of reset itself and the ABS, ESC Off, and emerg. brake light indicator went out. I thought GREAT - Problems solved. However when I arrived home and went to park it, the shift lever lock out is still activated and only by manually overriding the switch can I move the lever past neutral back into park. I once again tried resetting the PCM by battery disconnect, tried repeatedly locking and unlocking the car with remote (in case the shift lever lockout is associated with the security system). and rechecked continuity across all of the fuses - None of which has corrected the shift lever lockout problem. Any one??
