I'd disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the PCM - hopefully it will clear the lights and reset the shift lock. If not, it's possible that you've fried the PCM. Your 2007 uses OBDII.
It could be the brake light switch as sbr711 mentioned earlier in the thread. Maybe just a coincidence that it went out at the same time as the faulty jump or maybe the jump caused it to fail.
