On my way back to the office during lunch and saw that both the ABS and ESC lights came on at the same time. First thought I had hit the ESC button and pressed it. Nothing happened. Car seems to be running fine. Got back here, turned off the ignition and turned it back on. The two lights didn't come back on. But I didn't drive or brake, so don't know if that was a test of any kind.

So, what's wrong with the car?

The front brake pads and rotors were turned a few months ago. The brakes have had an occassional squeek since, which is another issue. Rolling eyes.

actually there is a recall for that

its called stop brake lamp switch recall

mine had the same exact problem and after going in to dealer for that recall

it fixed the problem and i get that squeek on my brake also and it kind annoys me
