Compare & Contrast with competitive products
• Standard 1-year warranty with no advance exchange options (always ask about their warranty)
• Radio replacement type, may lose some or all factory features and pay extra for satellite radio, Bluetooth, iPod connectivity and steering wheel control adapter harness
• Most units are made in China with inferior parts (actually makes sound quality worse)
• Limited inventory – they get them from the manufacturer on a per basis order
• Limited to no tech support/customer service; no presence in the U.S. or in the aftermarket industry
• Product still in development and/or not ready for shipping
• We never want our customers to be the “guinea pig” for products being introduced
• When it comes to factory integration on Korean vehicles, no one does it better

Well we have a unit available now but it only works with the camera it is supplied with which if your doing a universal mount would work fine however if you are using the c2 garnish at the moment i am having to custom mount it for the customer, we do have a piece in testing right now that should allow the use of any camera. As soon as we have details available i will be sure to post the results, Thanks for the inquiry.

When is the rear view camera w/ the parking assist going to be made available?

Yes, I had it installed as an aftermarket. The took out the factory one, installed the new one and when it loads it does not send the directions to the navigation part of the unit but instead sends it to the radio display.

Correct it retains the ability not add to it, the bluelink turn by turn is only visual on the factory radio display or on the factory nav unit, our navigation has its own turn by turn on display just not linked to blue link.

Hello,

Do you have someone in the Chicago, IL area that is recommended by you for installation? Interested in your product but I don't have the time/ability to do this install myself. Also, if something goes wrong during install does your company or the shop take liability for it? Just curious. Thanks!

Hi thanks for your inquiry, we currently have shops in Chicago, Bridgeview, and Elk Grove Village. We would need to call which ever shop you choose to see if they will participate in our special offer for install since it is a reduced rate and they are not part of the deal we offer. If you like to go to any of those shops for general questions i can give you contact info we just ask that you do not disclose the deal we are offering to you on the forum. As far as warranty is concerned we warranty our unit for 3 years, we do not warranty any other parts or the install, since you would be having it professionally installed they would assume warranty on their labor and be responsible for anything that they do to your car. I ask everyone to check out the shop before install so you fell comfortable about having them work on your vehicle. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks again

I can set you up with an existing shop if you like however if you want to the best deal, you would need to purchase directly from us and i can set install at a shop of your choosing or find a reputable shop independent fromour dealers to avoid any pricing issues. Just let me know what you want to do. Thanks -Rob-

Do you all provide your services in Louisville, KY? I'm interested depending on what shop would provide the service.

I am very impressed by the UNAVI product and their support after the purchase. One of the features I was fairly open about losing was the temp display. [email protected] was in town for a convention and he was kind enough to stop by and personally deliver me the replacement cables to enable the temperature display. I just woke up when he rang the door bell and it took me a minute to figure out who the heck was at my door, ha! The cable replacement was very straight forward if you've done the install. It took me about 15 minutes to get it all replaced. We also discussed some software and hardware upgrades that were on the roadmap and I was very impressed the plans to push this little systems to its limits.

Also lets get together before i leave and have a beer or grab dinner, It was a pleasure meeting you and i am sorry for the rude awakening lol i figured you would be happy to have the cables :} Btw did the temp finally register the correct temp? I have noticed when first hooked up it takes a few minutes of driving to get the right temp readings. Thank you sir
