2009 Elantra Tourting, A/T
Since the last service (22500), the transmission has started some weird shifting patterns.
The 2-3 shift, on a slight upgrade with moderate throttle (think medium traffic start) is a very stiff shift sometimes, but not always. Sometimes the transaxle delays with revved throttle before engaging 3.
Also, sometimes during passing, with heavy or WOT, the transaxle will tend to "hunt" and rev before disengaging the current gear, then pause and rev before engaging the next.
I see there's a TSB for relearning the solenoid logic system due to "transaxle wear", and I am hoping this is the case. Of course, it is still under warranty, and about to go in for the big 30k, but any input is certainly welcome.
