Hi!! I plan to buy 22" rims for my Santa fe 2017 with 19" OEM rims. I need advice on what size of tire to use and what offsets is better. Thanks!

The OEM 19" wheel, 7.5" wide, 49.5mm offset, 67.1mm center bore, 235/55-19 tire.
As far as tires, there is no 245/40-22 tire, so a
255/35-22 maybe 3/16" smaller diameter
255/40-22 3/4" larger diameter,
265/35-22 just about the same diameter 1/8" larger diameter
All the tires require a 8.5"-10" wide wheel.
I'd say a 8.5" 40mm offset would do the job, 265/35-22 tires, but before jumping to a purchase, check the clearance using the following and also need to check tire clearance, especially when turning.
