1) I just bought a used 2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL and was wondering how I can get the air conditioner to cool the occupants in the back seat.
2) Why does the A/C lower when I get a call.
3) Why does the volume on audio lower when I put the car in reverse.

Sorry for so many questions. I have more but don't want to bog down one post

1. Aim the front screen higher if you do not have vents in back.
2. Normal behavior. It’s so people on the phone don’t hear the fan noise.
3. To help hear revers warning sounds like rear cross traffic alerts.

For number 3, did through settings and you can turn off the lowering audio in reverse. I did but sorry don't remember off hand where that setting is.

Thank you, I have them pointed to the ceiling, it doesn't get very cold though. I saw an extension that goes on the vent for Subaru but unfortunately can't find one for Sonatas
