Hey all,

So last week I had to take my Tucson in for it's first oil change and servicing and had to get the windshield replaced through MPI due to a stone chip. At the pickup counter, I was told that I already have to get the shocks replaced as they failed. Ever since then, every bump I hit, I can feel it badly. They also said my tires will have to be replaced soon as tire depth is down to 4/32 on all four.....and I only had the vehicle for a month! The vehicle was bought into service in December 2018 and the previous owner took great care of it. lol......

Is the shocks issue a common thing at this low of mileage? Dealership that the shocks will be covered through warranty and I wont pay a dime. The windshield only cost my deductible but holy....almost a $1400.00 windshield!

I would be shocked if you actually need shocks at that age/mileage. Did the ride change after the service? Or was it like that before?

My 16 still rides like it did day 1. Well better now with better tires.
