Hello! Well so far this week my key fob doesnt want to work in the mornings. The lock, unlock trunk and the alarm wont work. So I have to now have to pull the key out to unlock it. Once I get in I push on the ignition and it starts. Once I get off work. It works. Just in there mornings so far. My phone isn't connected to my car at all. Any ideas

Change the battery in the FOB. The FOB used for push button start has about 18-24 month battery life. It is because it uses proximity monitoring so there is a constant, though very low, power draw on the battery. That's why you can push the start button with the fob in your pocket and it starts. If the fob is not in the car and you push the start button the instrument panel will display "FOB NOT DETECTED"

I have a '14 Elantra GT with push button start. Battery has been changed in both FOBs several times. On the non-push button start FOB there is no power draw on the battery until you push one of the buttons. So the battery lasts a lot longer.
