Hi, I’ve got a 2016 Tucson SE that’s about two years old (8200 miles). Had it in for an oil change at the dealer last week and since then, the driver’s side window will no longer go up using the automatic feature. It will rose as long as the button is held down, and it will lower using the auto function.

Is it possible to “reset” the window auto function? Or does this need to go in for further diagnosis. Would something like this be covered under the typical warranty due to the low mileage and age?

Thanks for the help!

Most of the auto up/down windows if had always had to be reset after the battery had been disconnected. To reset, lower the window by pressing down on the button and holding it there for a few seconds even after the window is completely down. Do the same for the up position by lifting the button up and holding after a few seconds after the windows fully up.
