When I lock the car with the key fob or any door lock switch they all lock. When I unlock the doors they all also unlock. The strange thing is I can open every door with the outside handle except for the right front door. The door will not open with the outside handle until I open it with the inside handle first then everything works fine. I have replaced the door luck actuator assembly already and nothing has changed. Any input?

Did the replacement lock/actuator come with new bowden cables attached?
If not, perhaps the bowden cable linking the outside handle to the lock has stretched. I've come across that on some VW models that use a similar lock.

If I helped you fix it, why not...

Your support is greatly appreciated

Yeah it new cables. What I’m not getting is why the outside handle will work only after using the inside handle first
