My car's cooling fan only has one speed (low). I downloaded the service manual which shows both the c fan low and c fan high relay e44 and e45 but my car only has e44 and doesn't have e45 or e46 (start 2 relay). I cannot find any diagrams for the fan wiring either. Does this car have a 2 speed fan?

I think I found it. It's relay G14A number KG8JR-72 not in the fuse box but inside the fender behind the driver head light. I still cannot find a wiring diagram.

Looks like the High speed relay is good, its the low speed relay that is actually bad. I checked the voltage at the fan relay and had 14 V at on the white wire and 0 V on the blue. Blue goes to the C fan low relay. I swapped that relay with the Start 1 relay ( the car still started) and got 14 V on both wires, I plugged the connector into the resistor and the fan started spinning at full speed (yea). The C low relay probably has burnt contacts, enough current for the start 1 circuit but not enough for the fan.
