Hi there

About 3 weeks ago I changed the stock tires to winter tires on alloy rims WITHOUT the TPMS sensors. I expected the light to come on but 3 weeks later, the light is still off! Obviously I don't mind but I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar issue as this...

Maybe I'm not understanding your post, but why would the light come on if there now are no sensors on the vehicle? The light will come on if the sensor sends a signal that there is an issue. No sensor? No issue.

Unless there is more to it than that, I think it's operating as it should.

Anyone with a little more technical background care to add to this?

Hi

Thanks for the reply. My understanding is that if you replace the stock tires with TPMS sensors with wheels and tires with no sensors installed, it should light up the warning light. In my case, no light is turning on....I hope that makes my post a little more clear.
