I am in the market for a 2010 Tucson GLS and want/need cruise control. Evidently the only way cruise is available in on the $1700 Popular Option Package (POP). It seems strange that cruise is bundled into a rather expensive package but the package is actually a good value. In addition to cruise, you get a lot of other stuff. Now that I have wrestled with the expense I find it is not available - anywhere. And the dealers in the Northern Virginia area are telling me that they do not know when they will arrive. Also, I'm told that adding an after market cruise could/would void the warrantee.
I'd hate to think that I won't buy this wonderful vehicle because of this but it looks like I am moving in that direction. Does anyone have any advice or know where I can find a Tucson GLS with the Popular Option Package?
