OJ,

Before you place an order with an oversea company, you should contact them & make sure the running boards are still available.
I have a friend that ordered running boards 2 months ago and found out several weeks later they don't make them anymore.
They got their money back but wasted time. There are some for sale on e-bay through US sellers.
They are going that route now.

Make sure they definitely fit the 2010's. That lower panel changed for this year.

? You never said that about the same one when Volfy and I used 'em. Looks to me to be the same Mobis design as this one: http://www.hyundai-forums.com/t35056-st-20-best-mods.htm (see post #40).
Did you ask what others thought? I don't recall if I saw the thread.

To be honest, I don't like any running boards, bars, step etc. They spoil the looks and are dirt collectors and are in the way. My opinion.

BTW, there are other add-on's I don't like either. But so what, right? To each their own.

canderson how do you like the boards? Do they seem of good quality? Is the chrome santa fe logo stripping off or is it in good condition?

Seller selling me the boards for $330 which includes shipping.
If what I see in your photo is what it appears to be, these are OEM Mobis parts from Hyundai's warehouse in Korea, same as what I purchased. Parts are made of plastic, but VERY heavy gauge molded plastic (good thing they're including shipping!). No issues at all with the chrome. Looking great and staying put.

Installation was very straightforward (per other thread).

As someone above noted, the 2010 isn't quite the same as the 2007~2009, so be sure what you're getting is the right fit.

According to the seller they fit the 2010. Not sure how I would be sure that they do fit? Should I just hold off on buying this or buy something else? Can't seem to find nice running boards in the USA.

Looks like the seller is specializing in 2010 parts for Hyundai and other models, and several of the others wouldn't fit 2007~2009 either, so I'm guessing he's got the latest.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before. I'm actually doing accessories (chrome etc) on our hyundai's at work and the guy I'm dealing with who gets everything, sent me pictures of vehicles. One of them had the 2010 Santa Fe with those running boards, so they will fit.

How much is the guy you are dealing with selling these boards for? Is he in the USA?

From a purely functional standpoint (in addition to the aesthetics), I think you'll wind up preferring the stability of the footing and zero possibility of corrosion of the Mobis rails.
So get the boards I originally wanted from the seller? I am about to take a risk? first time buying from out of country like this - usually use ebay. Hope I don't get ripped iff by paying and not getting any product

I've got no personal info on the seller, just the Mobis (Hyundai) product. Just be certain that you're getting the OEM product and not some kind of knock-off. Suzhou Xong manufactures both.

FWIW, here's a shot of the Tucson w/boards, very similar to the Santa Fe. This is how they should look:

As they're advertised as coming from NY, it's probably the same outfit that sold me the Santa Fe set a while back.

They look the same. Cannot tell if they are knock-offs. How much did you pay for yours including shipping?

The guy who sells the running boards is actually near you. His company is called premiere motoring concepts. I'll get the number for you when I go into work today.
