Folks,

Looking at a 2010 CPO Veracruz Limited AWD. 42K on odometer. No navigation. Listed at $19900. KBB/Truecar value comparable.

Offered $19200. Dealer wants $19500. Asked to throw in running boards or remote start for $19400. No deal.

Car is in great shape, but few minor scuffs. Can I be more aggressive on offer? Willing to pay cash outright for vehicle.

As a side note, if I ask to throw in remote start, the dealer said two keys come with car anyhow. I have read that one FOB may be needed to program remote start. Anyone have luck keeping both keys?

Thanks!

I would be more aggressive including the Remote Start. I have keyless start and had a Viper Alarm/Remote start installed and kept both keys. Installer will just used a bypass. I use the Alarm FOB's to get in and out and I have the rear hatch on the Viper remote also. Only need the Factory Fobs to start the Veracruz now. Hope that helps.
