Replaced all coils in car approx 2 years ago.
Take it in for oil change and inspection expecting to need purge valves..
Monitors wouldnt set for NONhyundai mechanic..after putting a ton of miles on car - he got 2 codes to come up, o2 and Evap... but 1 monitor wont set/evap system error might of popped up once?

Drove car to Hyundai dealership across parking lot and looking at $100 diog tomorrow morning to start...Dont want to tell them to do inspection to run into a huge bill and them scrape the sticker... In a bind!
Anyone know expected cost with evap replacement? Will smoke test be needed?
2010 with 176k - car doesnt owe me much..if over $400 - 500 just gonna junk it..

Post detail diminished after third time posting my apologizes. Was able to avoid dealership and went with a friend who deals with imports that knew it had to be a few things.

Got it sorted out. Says could use a new rack and pin but for cost wouldnt be worth it..-Gonna drive her (176500) today before trip home until Winter.
Thank you Graham for responding and anyone who did peep this post. If you want details on fix dm.
