Hi, having a hard time finding where the Crankshaft Position sensor
location is on our 2009 Elantra. This is for the P0016 Code.

Can anyone point or provide a diagram or pic or video? So much
appreciated. This is the last code I have to fix :)

I think the crank position sensor is at the front of the engine just to the right of the catalytic converter. It's the sensor with the 3 terminal connector.

But why would you be looking at the crank sensor to deal with P0016. That's not a crank sensor trouble code. It's a camshaft timing code, so you should be looking at the timing belt and CVVT system rather than the crank position sensor.

If I helped you fix it, why not...

Your support is greatly appreciated

front of the engine, driver side of the Cat.
P0016 is Crank shaft position/ Camshaft position Correlation
you would have to check the signal of both to find the failing sensor
