Doing the basics ...

Is the check engine light on?

You say you have spark
Where did you test for spark?
At the coil? Or, at the spark plug wire? Or, at the spark plug?

No fuel? Where was the testing done and how was it done?
Is it no injector pulse?
Is it no fuel pressure at the fuel rail?
Does the fuel pump run when key is first turned to the "ON" position?
Did you check the fuel relay?
Did you do the relay by-pass test??
Does the fuel pump gt 12 volts? And proper ground?

Timing belt? Has it stretched?
Are the timing marks on spot?

Is the exhaust clogged?

Etc, etc

Are you 100% sure it's the pump relay you hear? If you remove the fuel pump relay do you still hear the clicking when you crank the engine?
Assuming it is the fuel pump relay that's energizing but the pump isn't running, you might try swapping the pump relay with one of the others on the fusebox to see if that makes any difference.
