Get yourself an account at www.hmaservice.com. There, you will find, among many other things, the wiring diagrams you seek. In case you get into trouble reading them there (you will need the *.svg reader that is recommended on the site), here's a few things to help you out. You'll quickly see that there are only two wires involved at M20-3 since instead of individual wires for each switch, it's a series of resistors that provide a specific voltage across M20-3 pins 10 (blue) and 11 (gray).
