Hi,
I have a 2007 Sonata and the rear driver side exterior door handle broke. Does anyone know how to repair it? Does the interior panel need to come off. I see a screw under the pivot side and an interior bolt through an access port from the inside. Don't know what to do from there. Thanks!

Piece of cake.. no more than 5 minute if you dont drop screw inside door..

Dealer for handle, decide if you want it painted or not.

Search or scroll through the pages here in the NF forum, there is excellent painted pics that show how to remove/replace exterior door handle.

Though the topic you looking for is for a front door, the procedure is the same.
