Hi,
I recently bought a 2005 Santa Fe CRDI and has CEL on. It's been scanned and turned out to be the pedal position sensor problem. The car runs but by acceleration (2500rpm)the engine stalls. Have to wait at least 10 seconds to restart. Where do I find this Pedal Position Sensor? Thnx in advance for your help. :|

A pedal sensor fault shouldn't cause the engine to stall. It would cause the engine to enter a fail safe mode where the throttle is fixed at about 1500RPM. Further input from the pedal is ignored by the PCM.

The sensor is part of the throttle pedal. Out of interest, what trouble code was being logged?
