I recently had both CV joints replaced as they were in dire need of doing and quite soon after another clunking/creeking noise appeared. It only really does it when I turn the steering wheel or break. I have taken a few looks underneath and nothing's seems to be out of the ordinary exept the stabilizer joint which I only noticed because on the right side of the vehicle the bottom bolt is straight. Would this cause the excessive noise I am hearing? Or is there another caulpret at fault.

it can be the sway bar links. You can chenge them anyway since they are cheap. The trick is that use high rpm wire brush or muriatic acid to completely clean the threads first, spray oil and then break the nuts loose. If the nuts stuck halfway and spin with bolts then they can be hard to remove
