I have gotten myself into a pickle. I had replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump in the car. I checked the wiring connections and cannot find anything wrong. The car will not start and acts as if its not getting fuel. Is there a way to tell if the pump is even working by pulling off a fuel line? Am I missing something? To make matters worst my kids got in the car and left on the lights and ran the battery dead. I have my SUV charging the battery while I try to start it. Could that be causing a problem. Please help.

Did you replace complete pump module or disassemble it and replace just the filter and pump. If it ran before and wont run now is most likely a problem with the pump. Double check all the fuses first.

I did replace the pump and filter on the fuel pump assembly. I'll check the fuses and see what I can find. Are the fuses under the hood. I'll log onto HMAService and try and find the fuse location. Thanks for the help.
