Hi, my cluch seems to be taking very low on the pedal, Does this mean a new clutch?

The biting point isn't a particularly good indicator of clutch wear, Especially on a hydraulic clutch setup. That's not to say you clutch is fine, it's just not a sure way of telling.
If the clutch isn't slipping at all the friction material is still ok.
If the biting point has changed I would first bleed the clutch to ensure there is no air or old fluid in the lines causing issues.
Check the slave cylinder isn't leaking fluid, check the master too if all else looks ok.
If all is well and the biting point is still in a poor position you can adjust the free play in the pedal by taking the pin out the back of the pedal and turning the master cylinder rod end on its threads. This is an annoying job that must be done by folding yourself up into the footwell!
How many miles has your car covered? That might give us a better idea of if the clutch is likely to be failing. The friction material will often last over 100k miles if driven well. Often other bits like the throw out bearing fail first from leaving the clutch down at traffic lights.
