Can someone please tell me for either the oxygen sensor or exhaust leak, can I drive car without hurting anything? I really think by the sound, there is something going on with exhaust system. Sounds muffled. Hope the stupid chipmunk did not put anything in the tail pipe!
I have a sick dog that needs attention.... thanks guys!

I have the same problem on my 2000 Accent there is a small leak before the second oxygen sensor (After the CAT) car is noisy but have driven it like this for months and isnt causing any problems with the car. Worth getting fixed to reduce the noise but otherwise it does no harm. The second oxygen assumes that the car is running lean as some of the exhaust gas escapes before the sensor thus leading to a false reading that causes the check engine light to come on only reason i havent gotten it fixed is that i need the car seven days a week not too expensive a fix though. I guess the main bullet point here is it wont damage the engine. Or at least it hasnt damaged mine.
