My elantra has been idling at very high rpm's when cold started, then after it warms up it idles very low to the point of dying at stoplights.:(

I've already had it to a mechanic and they couldn't replicate the problem. So they cleaned the throttle body and it ran ok for about a week, then started running crappy again.
I've replaced the fuel filter and the throttle position sensor, so far.
I just took off the IAC valve and cleaned it with carb cleaner and it ran ok for the test drive, then after sitting all day, when I was driving home from a friends it started idling really low and dying on me a few times. It now runs the same as it did before I did anything.
Can anybody give me any ideas of what to look at next??

Reset the ecu. To do that disconnect the battery negative for 15 mins and while disconnected, press the brake pedal to discharge and capacitors. Alternativel pull the appropriate fuse from the fuse/relay box under the bonnet. It's the same fuse that powers the radio and immobiliser/alarm; around the middle of the box. This usually fixes erratic idling.
