My car engine stops almost every day after my first start in the morning. The engine start very easily but stops after 10-15 second of running.
This is a 2,5L diesel engine 2009 modell.
Takes many second to start this engine again. Turning 15-20 sec on the key.
Anyone who knows something about this?

To me it just sounds like the Fuel lines are draining back to the tank, Therefore you have to pump it back up, Therefore having Air in the Fuel lines which Diesels Do NOT like. There is a one way valve somewhere to stop this, but not sure where on these. Get checked at a Diesel Mechanics, maybe one that specialises in Diesel Injector Pumps. Have seen this sort of thing happen on trucks before. Diesels run at a Lot more Presure in the Fuel lines than a Petrol engine.

I know it is a failure on the dieselsystem but the mecanics did not tell me exactly data code. The car will not give full power in the morning, when engine is cold and I came over 3000 rpm the engine goes to emergency modus. This is not happening everyday.

All I can suggest is get the Oneway valve checked, to stop diesel emptying out of the lines. It might only have a bit of Muck in it since it don't do it all the time.

Hi, I have never heard of this Diesel Heater close to the filter either. So I might see what I can find out, just as I am curious.
Glad you got it fixed.
