I have a 2006 Tucson GLS V6 that has 35,000 miles on it and 10 months left on my time warranty. The dealer says I need to replace the timing belt due to the time element (48 months) Does anyone know if this is absolutely necessary or just a way for the dealer to make more money? Thanks to whoever helps. Also it has been a great little ride going to trade or sell and get a 2010 maybe.
