If the lights are working perfectly, the problem is likely either the buttons or the clock spring in the steering wheel
The spring is the most likely of the 2. Does the cruise control turn on, and not set, or not turn at all?

The little green light turns on but nothing on the gauge cluster nor does it hold its speed, I’ve replaced the little 3 button switch and still nothing.

Things to check that will affect the cruise control are, the clock spring, brake light switch shiift lever position switch, brake light bulb, abs system errors , that is all I can think of.
