Double check your catalyst warranty... 8/80 I think...
BUT, here is a catch.... need to look and see if catalyst has a cracked exhaust manifold... there was a VO4 campaign, for cracked manifolds, so have dealer run VIN on WEB DCS to see if recall still open.
If you get lucky and manifold has crack, and less than 100,000 mile (provided your are original owner), exhaust manifold/catalyst is covered for the cracked manifold..
P-0420, Catalyst efficiency, Pre-cat & Post cat OX activity to PCM logic determines bum cat.
