    pugeot 206, 1.4i petrol, doing head gasket: two wet cylinder liners twisted a bit when I was cleaning the tops with a pneumatic sander. They aren't raised, just shifted slightly counterclockwise so the flats on the adjacent touching sides dont line up properly any more. How can I twist them...
