'14 Hatchback A/C condenser

I got a '14 hatchback that I use to commute about 160 miles round trip. I took a rock thru the A/.C condenser and now its blowing hot air. The dealer wont warranty it ( really pissed me off). Now my question is I've never had to change one out. Seems simple enough.....but any tips or redirects would be helpful.

It's not that simple - you need to purge all the refrigerant and possibly other contaminants and then recharge the A/C system.

What you can maybe do is replace the part yourself and then have a shop do the purge and recharge.

the dealer purged the system after they inspected for the leak. Actually, it wont hold any refrigerant to begin with. I plan on replacing the part myself, but just looking for some advice or tips for the job.

Hyundai Accent: Removal and Installation - Radiator. Repair procedures - Cooling System - Engine Mechanical System - Hyundai Accent 2010-2016 Service Manual - That's the radiator removal and mentions separating the condenser from the radiator. There should be a section on the condenser and compressor etc. on there, but I couldn't find it.

Ive tried looking for repair manuals online and cant seem to find anything. Haynes has a book availiable, but it covers '86-'13 Accents. If anything I'll pick one of those up.

If any of the links still work, get a copy of this:

https://www.hyundai-forums.com/rb-201...e-offline.html

It has the condenser removal info - bascially you disconnect the lines and remove the bumper.

HVAC is the last chapter in the manual. I suspect it is loaded somewhere on hamanual.com, but you can't scroll down to find a link to it, but perhaps not ...

Can you repost links to this again? I don't think the file exists anymore.
