I control it with a wireless remote that is about the same size as fob The lights have all kinds of different settings, they can go with music, sound, flashing one color, or cycle through all the colors flashing or solid, or u can just pick one color, & there is even a couple of settings like strobe effect & flashing three colors at a time, how ever I sometimes set it so when you shut the doors or truck the lights flash. the only problem with that is when you reach about 45 mph the lights like to flash to the road noise and that makes me nervous that I might get a ticket so I generally just turn off when done. I'm still learning all the different ways. I know that there is a way to wire them to where the lights can flash with brakes or horn but I don't want to draw that much attention to myself. Thanks for looking. I seem to always be changing my car looks.. I would like to put them in the wheel wells I just don't want to drill a bunch of holes to mount them so idk will see.

Yes I had owned it since it was new. Just traded it off yesterday for a 2015 Elantra Sport. Tibby had 117,076 miles on her when I left her at the dealership.

    Hi Jon,
My little clown dogs! lol. I had to add them. yes that little alpine is an amp and it added some real juice to the polks. I left the dash speaker alone as the alpine is 4 channel. The polks have there own built in tweeters. Everything i read says the dash speakers are mids on the yf.
Hard to believe this little alpine does what it does as back in the day nothing that size would do anything and and on top of that if you used speaker inputs instead on line level outs it sounded like crap. Best part is it only requires a 15amp fuse so you can go right to the fuse box. If i can help you in any way if you decide to get one i would be happy to.
