2013 SF Sport lower brake lights not working

Top light works, blinkers work and hazards work. From what I can tell on the fuse diagram, there’s only one fuse for the brake light switch - unless I’m missing something? Could there be another fuse that would do it?
If it’s not a fuse, and it’s clearly not the brake pedal switch since the top light works, could it be an issue with the turn signal switch interrupting the brake lights somehow? Loose wire or something? That’s a whole other ball of wax to undertake. Thanks y’all!

Im seeing a fuse called "Module 2" 10 amp and "brake switch" 7.5 amp and a "stop lamp" 15 amp.

They look to be located inside the vehicle. check and report back. thanks

Got it, hubby is at work and I have the baby, will check as soon as he’s home in a couple hours and let you know. Really appreciate the extra set of eyes 🙂

Are you talking about the red lights in the lower bumper or some lights in the main tail-light group?

The reflects in the bumpers are not lit unless your husband replaced them with the Korean or European units.

Mine is a 2013 Santa Fe 2.0T AWD Limited Canyon Copper.

Her's is a 2014 Santa Fe 2.4L AWD Luxury Cabo Bronze.

Where is John Wick when we need him?

Sounds like a module, if what is stated.

Did you check the light bulbs? If there aren't any....

This thread requires a picture pointing out what doesn't work

Motto for advice giving on a forum: You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

Sad country is where most neutered men can't change a tire or use a tire PSI gauge, can't check their engine oil or even pop their hood.

TrollBots are everywhere. Paid trolls are easy to spot in the 'off topic' forums everywhere.

Those who say it cannot be done, should not interrupt the person doing it.

So after a few days of over-diagnosing and life chaos, Hector at Autozone told us that a blown fuse can blow the bulbs.
I was not aware of this.
Checked the bulbs today, and the second filaments were indeed busted. I replaced them. I feel like a dork.

Hector need to stick to handing parts across counter.. Blown fuse makes open circuit,, how do you blow a bulb when circuit is open and no power get to the load (bulb) ???

Got lights that dont work,, look at bulb first,, it is weak point in circuit

<--- Please fill in the 'location' and 'what you drive(year & chassis) and engine size' boxes on your personal profile page.

He may have said it the other way around, I had a fussy baby with me. Regardless, the person you’re being so condescending about actually helped me. I hadn’t the faintest notion of dual filament bulbs there. I don’t know much about cars, and I’m trying to fix my own things when I can. You honestly don’t have to be a jerk.
