Basically, if you have any emission related issues, they can very easily deny any claim.

Then I used a heat gun to heat up the remaining plastic and bend it up to match the stock side. It worked pretty well. The plastic did tear a little on the inside radius where I tried to bend it really tight. Once I was done I painted the whole thing black with some plastic bumper paint I bought from Summit Racing.

The grill I ordered off ebay. To install you have to remove the entire front bumper, but that is much easier than it sounds. (Chrome, Black Front Radiator Grill For Hyundai All New Tucson TL 2016~2017+ )

No modifications to your car can "void the warranty" that is an old wives tale. Thanks to the Magnoson Moss Act (I think that is the name, I don't remember exactly?) the manufacturer can only not cover something if they can prove that your modification was the direct cause of the damage. This is the equivalent of an "axle back" or "cat back" exhaust system so there is no possible way it could be proven to damage anything. And I still have the stock muffler and can bolt it back on in five minutes so no one would ever know i changed anything if I needed to.
you have one of the better looking Tucsons i've ever seen, props

im gonna have to look into the dual exhaust and that front grill

looks very clean and sleek

So I have just ordered a new lower rear bumper and the rear skid plate to allow the install of a dual exhaust. Mine does not have a rear skid plate (as per pic) and I need it before I can get my body kit installed.

Did you find it hard bending up the plastic after you cut it to match the side ?

Hi CHamp,

I have an Active X also. The lower rear bumper comes off as one piece and the brackets are exactly the same. Just don't break any of the little plugs that hold it to the rear bumper.

I upgraded my rear lower bumper/skid plate to the one on the Highlander (comes as 2 separate pieces) so I could fit a quad exhaust and rear skirt.

Here are before and after pics.

Also, how did you do the grill? And how did you paint the Hyundai logo on the back?

And finally, will your exhaust void your warranty?

Thank you in advance. Your Tucson looks epic.

It's not about the how much power under the hood, it's about how you drive behind the wheels that's capable of.

Not true duel exhaust. Cosmetic only.

Of all the things I ever lost I miss my mind the most.

I used a Flowmaster 80 series cross flow muffler. It has a single inlet and two outlets (one on each side). It is much louder than stock though.
