Audio issues, radio won't reset

I really hope you guys can help me out. I have the no sound issue that many others have. However, I cannot reset my radio no matter what I do. Reset button doesn't work, pulling the fuse doesn't work, and last night I completely disconnected the battery and that didn't work either. My car is a 2014 Turbo Limited with Dimension audio and no sat/nav. All the controls and buttons on the radio work, but absolutely no sound. Also pulled the amp fuse and it was good as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Time for trip to dealer. Either you didn't correctly press the reset button, or pulled the wrong fuse, or didn't disconnect/short the battery cables long enough. Dealer will let you know if it is time to buy a new amp or head unit. If so, local salvage yard and ebay are some sources for used parts. Or, gut the entire system for aftermarket head unit/amp...

No, nothing resets. I have held the reset button for 1 minute with the car running and not, pushed it several times in a row, and any other combination of presses I could think of. I thought for sure leaving the battery disconnected overnight would clear it, but nope. That's why I'm wondering if there is another fuse behind the dash or on the amplifier in the trunk. I'd like to know before i tear into it.

sounds like given all that the amp or something may be blown or something and not a matter of resetting. if you cant diagnose correctly they are right...time for a trip to dealer. could be head unit even but I think with all that you have something more than just needing a reset!?

Just my lousy opinion.

Swapped the radio for one I found on eBay with no luck. Still the same issue. Everything works but no sound. Going to swap the amp next and see what that gets me.

I've only had this car since August and I absolutely love it, but all the issues are getting old very quickly. Seatbelts, engine, and now stereo and I'm pretty much stuck with it since I'm sure resell prices are falling quickly. I just really want to get some sound back so I can quit destroying my data plan.
