My garage was pitch black so it looks alot brighter than usual. They came with cupholder plates but for the Korean version so it didn't fit right. If I did those too I'm afraid it would be overkill. I'll try to go out in a bit and get some video with my gopro. (which I just got and haven't used yet)
Oh yeah and best part was that I didn't have to cut anything to feed the wires.
The plates on doors are spliced in on the connector inside the doors to the black and blue wires which are what light up the interior lights. There were holes behind the plastic covers in there so no drilling necessary. As far as the plates in the little storage areas, pretty much the same wires as for the LED cupholder mod except I didn't use the negative on the lighter, instead I used the negative on the actual connector.
I actually purchased from an ebayer but I contacted him to see if I got multiple parts from him if I could get a discount, which I got person's name is "bestdreamer" but my ebay isnt working right now so I can't get you item numbers.
So all the items needed to be "spliced" into the oem wiring? Was there any connectors available at the same locations where the wires could just be inserted into the connector?
So far all the modifications ive done have not permanently spliced or cut into any oem wiring and can be easily be reversed(for warranty claims)
I used splice connectors so I could easily just take them off and nobody would be the wiser after electrical taping the wires back together
